Room 8 have been enjoying creating lots of things during our topic
'Mighty Mariners'.

Take a look at some of the amazing artwork the children have made showing a waka on the sea.

Kia Ora Room 8,
You've all made amazing peices of art. I like how you thought carefully about the colours you used and using the space on your black piece of paper wisely. Well done! I look forward to seeing more of your work.

I love everyone's artwork. The black paper really makes the colors stand out. I know it was fun for everyone to work on this. I love art. It was also nice for me to get to put a face with the artwork. Thank you for sharing your art with me. Keep up the good work! I attend University of South Alabama and a student in Dr. Strange's EDM310 class

Hi, my name is Donna Gill and I am a student in Dr.Strange's EDM310 class at the University of South Alabama. I absolutely love the students' artwork. These are some very creative students and it reflects in their drawings. I also like the way that the colors 'pop' on the black paper. It brings an element of shine to the drawings. Thank you for sharing the art with the internet blogging world. Your students did an amazing job.

Hi room 8!

I liked all your pictures!
They were cool and I liked the way you showed your pictures and didn't wriggle around.
